All Studio Sanguis pieces are made with care in Brooklyn, NY. Items are crafted in small batches or made to order, so please check individual product pages for estimated lead times.
In-Stock Items: Ship within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: Typically ship within 2–4 weeks. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is on the way.
Shipping Rates: Flat rate of $12 for US orders & $40 for international.
Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority with tracking.
International Shipping: Yes, I ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you need a rush order, please reach out before placing your order — I’ll do my best to accommodate when possible.
Returns, Exchanges + alterations
All sales are final. Due to the small-scale, made-by-hand nature of my work, I’m not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time. If you have any questions before placing your order, feel free to reach out - I’m happy to help with sizing or product details, and I’ll always do my best to make sure you’re happy with the result! Alterations may be made on a case-by-case basis. Email me at studio.sanguis@gmail.com with your order number and requested alteration. I’ll provide an estimate (usually $30-$50 depending on the piece) and instructions from there.
